We pack everything with the outmost care for safety. Gift wrapping is free, just pop us a note.
We do include invoices in the mail, please let us know if you don't need or want one.

We can offer special express shipping (delivery in 1 working day in Europe and 1-2 working days in USA, Australia, Canada and everywhere else) just let us know!
Shipping
All items are ready for shipping and are shipped in 1-3 business days.
All items are sold in "as it is" condition.
Your order will be sent to the shipping address mentioned in your Etsy profile and on the invoice of your purchase. Please always check your shipping address.
All items are packed very carefully and shipped with tracking code.
We can offer special express shipping (delivery in 1 working day in Europe and 1-2 working days in USA, Australia, Canada and everywhere else) just ask us for a shipping update!
Refunds & Returns
Keep in mind that all items in our shop are used vintage or antique finds and they might show wear consistent with age.
We pack all items very carefully in order to arrive to you safely. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to make it right.
If packages are returned to us, additional shipping costs will need to be paid for by the buyer, to re-ship the item. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping fees if an item returns as an unclaimed package. If an item is returned the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Additional info
Keep in mind that vintage items are unique by nature and often have imperfections and signs of age and wear. We do our best to clean them and describe them through many photos and item descriptions.
Lost mail
If your package was not delivered, please check if you have gotten a notification from the post, and check with your local post-office.
We will help you check your tracking number, and if needed, put out a search order.
